Ok so I have been asking professors if they are willing to write me a letter of recommendation for osteopathic school, which I am planning to apply this coming summer.

Since I would need at least 2 rec from science prof and 1 rec from non-science, I was wondering where entomology stands. I know that AACOM treats entomology as "other science" So would that fulfill the science rec? or non scienc rec?

I have asked other Bio professors as well as psych professors, and only got one response from one of bio professors agreeing to write my letter. But I haven't got a response from others which is making me little nervous 🙁

Other science is still science.

What about for the school that say they want 2 basic science letters of recommendation instead of just 2 science letters? Does a human anatomy or clnical exercise physiology count towards that? Or would you have to call and ask them. Are they lenient on that kind of thing?

The anatomy for sure and I cant imagine the physiology not counting...but best thing is to call(or email) and ask.
