FL was not my primary and was the 3rd state I got licensed in out of 4 by exam in the last 6 months so I had already taken the NAPLEX and only needed to score transfer. If FL is going to be your primary start the process early so they have everything from you except the Form A from your school. Register for the NAPLEX and MPJE the day you get your passing grade on your last APPE. That way FL can approve your ATT(s) right when they have your file open to scan in the Form A that you graduated anyway.
The whole process for me took 67 days and cost $609 and looked like this...
- Create account online with Florida Health/MQA.
- Put in for NABP score transfer to FL (if applicable, $75).
- Complete FL BOP approved med errors course (2 hrs, $29).
- Submit Form 2 pharmacist application by exam online ($295).
- Give Form A certificate of pharmacy education to dean's office/registrar (must be mailed by school).
- Mail a packet to Florida Health with: cover with file#, Form 1, copy of social security card, med errors course completion, med errors ACPE statement, and screenshot(s) of existing licensure(s) online verification(s) (if applicable).
- Register to be able to take FL MPJE on NABP ($210).
- FL MPJE status changed to "eligibility granted" on NABP.
- FL MPJE ATT received in email.
- Schedule FL MPJE online thru link in ATT.
- Take FL MPJE.
- FL MPJE results on NABP.
- FL MPJE results on FL MQA examination grade report search page.
- Initial registration granted.
- Wall certificate received.
- Join CE Broker (free level).
Good Luck!
