Hi everyone. I was wondering if anyone has run into the same situation as me and if you had any advice.

I am trying to apply to UCSF. One of the criteria they want is the official transcripts from the colleges/universities I attended sent directly from the schools to UCSF. I have been trying to get in contact with my dental school but nobody returns my calls. I have a copy of the dental transcripts but they won't accept notarized copies. Has anyone else run into a similar situation with UCSF or any other school? Has anyone found a way to get past this obstacle? I am wondering if going to the school directly is the only way to go but that is extremely expensive and still doesn't guarantee they will send out the transcripts. Any thoughts or advice??

it is easier getting the attestation of your transcripts from the registrar of the university that your college belongs any way from which college in india did you graduate

Yeah, I called the royal mangalore university and somebody smattered some stuff on the phone and asked me to call back later with no future time and hung up. Nobody picked up the phone thereafter- hey atleast u don't have to convince the dean that replaced u'r old dean to write letters of recommendations for you because USC won't hear of it otherwise- like both end's give's a c#@%

Hi there, i have done my PG in India in Maxillofacial surgery, now planning to settle in US, i got my BDS transcripts but no 1 in my college has clue about MDS transcripts, can any 1 help me out to get over this, done any one faced this problem or hav a soft copy if you took any PG transcript from india, do reply, thanks

Recently i learned that Rajiv Gandhi University, Bangalore has stopped sending their transcripts abroad. I got my trancripts from there last week. But those were given to my brother from the University saying that they no longer send transcripts outside India. So if RGUHS is your university then some one from your family/friend must go to University to collect the trancripts. Later they can post it directly from Bangalore to UCSF. Hope it helps.
