Getting ripped during gap year

Yep fortify the body before it goes through the grinder that is medical school. IM fasting mixed with different lifting programs
 
I worked out a lot in my gap (half) year. It was mainly to kill time between shifts at work and waiting for my friends to get out of work. There were days I worked out twice a day. Idk if it helped much 'cause all the alcoholz kinda cancelled out the sick gainz. :whistle:
 
I'm in the last few weeks of my bulk... I am fat as hell. Will be shredded in 3 months tho.
 
switching between high intensity cardio one day and good heavy lifting another day

don't neglect incline situps, leg raises, and good ol' 8 minute abs on YouTube

drink a lot of water, try to cut out fast foods / fried foods / alcohol / snacking
 
The moment I got my acceptance I decided to quit my gxxdxxx job where everyone are like axxholes. And after I announced that suddenly everyone started to become friendly to me. Lol.

Whatever. I just want to enjoy my life for the last few months. Watch shows, play games, play mahjong, travel to the middle east, and learn some new languages.
 
Just make sure your workout routine is well-rounded and

I work full time starting at 6 so I wake up everyday at 4 to workout (Monday is shoulders, Tuesday is arms, Wednesday is back, Thursday is legs and Friday is a little of everything).
