Harrisburg Airport, then cab it to Hershey (~$20). Check the website for hotels or just ask for a student host. 👍

Harrisburg International Airport... which is nowhere near Harrisburg, but actually in Middletown (MDT)

You also get quite the view of TMI as you fly in over it.

What is TMI? 😕

Three Mile Island Nuclear Power Plant- Only one reactor is still functioning, about a half mile up the Susquehanna from the runway.

Hey, I stayed at the local Marriott (I think it was called Sunset? Sunrise? something like that) and they provided free transportation from the airport to the hotel and to the medical school. It was pretty cool. I know another girl who flew into Philly and rented a car, rather than flying straight into Harrisburg. I think flying into Harrisburg is easier though.

I flew into philly and took the train (25$) to Harrisburg and cab to hotel. the flights to harrisburg were through the roof so I saved a bunch in the long run. DO NOT stay at the best bestern. It is close, but pretty nasty.

I think you are talking about the Springsuite Marriot. yeah I think it's a totally good deal to stay there. Not only do you get discount being a Penn State applicant, you get to have the airport shuttle driving you to the School or the airport. 👍
