GI Question regarding endoscopy procedures setting

hey guys incoming med student here so please forgive the lack of knowledge... Questions if someone can answer would be great-

Is it possible to setup a private practice gig with endoscopy suite in the office?
ASC vs in office vs hospital- for endoscopies? Which is better- does it matter? (If it does matter, is it because of reimbursements?)
ASC buy ins- do you have to do this to get access to the facility or is it just an investment (How much on average is the buy in?)
