What's the problem with bro-style? Dude, if you know what she likes, get her that. It doesn't have to be a production. To be frank, I don't think we have much to offer you. Doctors are people, and every person's idea of the perfect gift is different.

Simple and sweet. I'm a Giants fan personally, but if someone got me a Giants lapel, I'd be ecstatic.

Make sure she is going to be an attending/fellow somewhere near Chicago before you commit to that lapel. I wouldn't wear a Steelers lapel in Philly, and I wouldn't recommend a Bears lapel if she's going to be in Minnesota or Wisconsin.
