GL Advisors Issues & Concerns???

Has anyone have issues with GL Advisors? I have not had any communication with them in months and now every time I contact them no one picks up and you cannot set up appointments with them.

Now this is a serious issue as I know many have signed up for their services, so please respond with a respectful answer or if you and having the same issues.

Their staff is leaving in droves over the fraud issue with their fund. I don't know that there was ever any fraud in their main business (the student loan/tax prep thing) but it is certainly being affected!
