Glanced over old college transcript. should I retake this course?

I am in the boat of retaking a few science courses and more than likely going for a Biology degree with a concentration to boost the science GPA. I noticed I had B in a Human Anatomy and Physiology course from Fall 2001. I know it's been a just a few years back since having taken this course, but I have had a couple of other courses relating to both areas with my first undergraduate major.

So should I retake the course at some point while pursuing the biology degree or be happy with the B that I initially earned?
