As I stated in my previous thread, I am looking into pharmacy school - particularly USP or Rutgers. Now both of these school's are similar in the application process in that they do not REQURE letter of reccomendations, an essay, or even SAT II's.

So for those of you who have been accecpted into these schools or are currently enrolled, did you send in this "optional" information?

In a way, I can see how these "items" can give you an edge over certain individuals, but at the same time maybe the acceptance committee realizes that you are not confident in your application and so you are sending in other information in lieu of the aspects in which you lack. 🙄

Send in every single possible thing they say they accept.

They only WANT your SAT/ACT score and applicatation.

"This information will be sufficient to make a decision. No personal statements, letters of recommendation, or
essays are required. However, if you feel any of these items will assist the Admissions Committee in their evaluation of
your file, you are welcome to submit this material as well. "

What did Admissions at Rutgers / USP say? While our opinions may or may not be correct - Wouldn't it be better / more accurate to get it straight from the school? It would add to your developing relationship with the school and you get your answer - Double bonus!

The above is what I stated earlier. Taken directly from application FAQ for Rutgers.
