Going into final with an A and coming out with a B/C:(

I was doing extremely well in this super hard class..and today i took the finall and im pretty sure my hope of getting an A in that class now are screwed...i had like a 95% in the class..and this final was 20% of my grtade 🙁

Unless you get < 20% or your final, you'll still end up with a B, get 70% and you'll end up with an A. Don't fret. It's still possible that you did well.

Seeing as you would have had to have gotten below a 20 on your final to get a C, I think you're safe on that part. You would have had to have gotten below a 70 to wind up with a B; I guess that's possible, but a B isn't the end of the world if it did happen.

Same thing happened to me as well. I had an A- (88-89%) for my biochem class before the final, and I took the final yesterday. Oh well, I would be glad if I can even get a B. 🙁 By the way, my final was worth 40% of my whole grade. 😱

No I actually did that - walked into my Orgo II final with an A-, walked out with a C. It was worth 50% of my grade, but I still don't know what happened. 🙁

For my biochem class, 91-100% is an A, 88%-90% A-, 85-87% B+, 84-81% B, 78-80 B-...

LOL i hope you get a C, as this would be a hella amusing thread. if he gets a C I would like to see this stickied. I bet it's a math class, because you obviously blow chunks in that department. OP, you are part of the reason why pre-meds get bad reps.

I do that a lot with tests; especially math tests. I think I did bad but end up doing alright. There is nothing you can do about it now.

But like others have said, you are going to get a B for sure, and can still pull an A if you did moderately well.
