Does anyone have any tips or encouragement for a vet student going into clinics with ADHD and/or dyslexia? I've made it through the classroom material pretty well but I'm vet nervous about going into clinics!

You may actually find clinics easier because it's a different way of learning versus have to sit and read slides/attend lectures all the time :) Depending on how you experience dyslexia, my note of caution would be on drug doses - if you have problems with order of numbers, decimal places, conversions, etc, take extra care to double and triple check your numbers before administering meds. (Everyone should be doing that anyway, though!)

Organization and time management were the biggest issues for me doing clinics with ADHD. The learning style worked great for me, but writing things down was absolutely needed to get things done, and keeping up with records sometimes became an issue.
