I know another pathologist who said it before Goljan

Though at a much slower pace and w/o manic episodes......I've also heard this Pathologist explain things that integrate and explain all the other courses in med school.... so does that make Goljan kind of like Palmer to Still?

Palmer is to Still as Goljan is to ________

Whats really funny is to hear Goljan talk about manipulation. He hurt his neck this year arm wrestling and he went off for like 10 minutes about how one of the docs treated him and what not. He is also a big fan of the muscle stimulator now.

he's also a prof at an Osteopathic med school so I would have to assume hes at least somewhat familiar w/ it...

Yeah, he is very familiar with it. I was saying funny in the Goljan way because he loves manipulation but has his quirky ways to explain it.

At least some DO schools have pathologists who still refer to them as "osteopathic lesions."

Now THATS a doc I will wake up at 7am for. 👍

I heard Goljan was retiring. This year, I think.

He will definitely be teaching next year, but after that it is uncertain. But for some reason I just don't see him giving it up yet, he seems to enjoy it too much and he has way too much energy to just sit around and be retired.

If Fogel can make it to like 106 or whatever he is then I don't see Goljan stopping....

Yeah...as long as he has people supplying his material...

Can anyone enlighten me on the specifics of Palmer and Fogel? I have no idea who these people are...
