In his new RR book there is almost 100/600 pages on heme (RBC/WBC/Lymph/blood bank/Hemostasis), whats up w/ that?

is that really representative of hematology's Step 1 "High Yieldness"?
 
he's obsessed, that was his job for a huge amount of time..

too bad heme's the easiest topic in path... you can answer most questions using buzzwords, or a lab measurement, or a peripheral smear pic...

hell... all you really need is the age of the patient in WBC disorders. He even admits it. 👍

You'll be fine.

Just don't rely 100% on shortcuts and buzzwords. The writers are fully aware of what they are. Use all the information, unless you see something truly pathognomonic.

The only buzzwords I found useful were geographic ones for micro questions.
