So I'm thinking about using these the last week of my study period, but is it really worth the time? My thinking is since these are descriptors from the early 2000s, they may not be as relevant now. Would my time be better spent reviewing RR and First Aid?

if youre in the last week of studying, I'd say you should be full dive into first aid at this point.
