Being that your test is in ~7 weeks, I can't really say whether it would or wouldn't be to your benefit to make a pass through RR and/or listen to his lectures, simply because I'm not sure where you feel you are in terms of strengths and weaknesses. What I can say, however (just in case anyone was wondering whether or not his book and lectures are all they're cracked up to be), is that reading his book and following along with lectures has been tremendously helpful for me while going through a systems-based curriculum. His book is obviously a pathology review, but listening to the lectures sort of makes it into a pathophysiology review. It's even got a little bit of a clinical edge to it. He's great at bringing in so many other topics and helping to form that global understanding. The pictures are also extremely high-quality and I'm guessing high-yield.
If you really buckled down, I don't see why you couldn't get through the lectures in ~5 days or so, maybe less, since that's how many days it took him to give the lectures. They're roughly 45-55 minutes a piece and don't always hit on everything in the book, but certainly he hits the high points. If you can get those extra little tidbits that FA doesn't have and thus grab even 2-3 extra questions on your exam, I'd consider that time well spent.
Also remember that I haven't taken my exam yet and I've got quite a few months ahead of me to prepare, so my advice may not be suited to your current situation. Just something to think about.
