Good AA, Low GC

So I just took my DAT and did well (21AA), but I'm mainly concerned with a low GC score. I wasn't expecting to do poorly in this section, made A's in Gen Chem, worked in a Chem lab in undergrad, etc. My overall undergrad GPA is 3.8, with a high science GPA. I obviously don't want to retake and risk lower scores in my good sections, but am concerned about my low GC. Thoughts?

Hard to tell. The rest of your scores seem pretty good, but some schools have a minimum score of 17 for individual sections, so if you apply i'd watch out for that.

To me it looks like RC is inflating your AA to 21. Based off the "core" - it's more of a 19 AA

how did you study for GC? why did you do poorly on it?

let me know what you did so I know what not to do.

Just as a note to any future students in my position, I didn't retake. Applied to 10 schools, got interviews at 3, accepted to my top 2 on decision day, and wait listed at the third. Just believe in yourselves! Numbers are important, but they aren't everything
