Good android dictation apps?

Can someone recommend a good android dictation app, especially one that can learn new vocabulary (i.e. medical terms) over time.

I dont think the voice to text technology is quite good enough to produce reliable results on a phone. For computers it is getting better, ie. with Dragon Naturally Speaking but still needs a bit to go.
