What is a "good" COMLEX I score.....I know it depends on what you want to go into but, overall, what's a good score?

    Thanks

Yeah, what is an amazing score? If I want to do ortho is 644 (97%) good enough?

You could get Osteopathic Ortho with a score of 80-85% without problem...depending on the program.

It has very little to do with scores, it is mostly personality type, and work ethic. And I emphasize this point.

If the surgeons simply don't like you or find you boastful or whiney...you have little or no chance, regardless of scores. Trust me, I have seen good students who did not gel with residents, and they simply did not get the spot. In the osteopathic world, scores only get you in the door, not the seat.
If you didn't take the USMLE, you wont get an allopathic spot anyway.

    Heck,
I just need an english version to explain to me what in the heck the back side of our comlex scores are supposed to mean. The directions that come with it stink!
