Very nice scores, what is your science GPA?I would like to know if my score is competitive enough for me to apply next cycle.
PA: 22
QR: 18
RC: 20
Bio: 24
Chem: 19
Ocher:19
TS: 20
AA: 20
My science gap is on the low side. 2.9
You are welcome and keep us posted along the way!Thank you for your prompt input and thanks for sharing your knowledge through dat destroyer and math destroyer. Those two books are golden especially the biology section.
Tough love: with a sub 3.0 GPA, I think you'll need a higher DAT to get in. It's always possible (my disclaimer) that you could get in with those stats, but I think your chances are slim. With a really strong DAT you can demonstrate to schools that you have the potential, but with an average DAT and low GPA its going to be an uphill battle. Just my $0.02
This is good advice OP. You can have an outstanding personal statement, but with low a low GPA, your chances are very low. Try to take some additional courses to raise the GPA or maybe look into getting a MS.
Hi I also just recently took the DAT and my scores were:
20AA
19 TS
21 OC
19 GC
18 Bio
22 PA
19 QR
22 RC
I will have a cgpa 3.33 and sgpa 3.27. My last 60 credits gpa has been 3.76 and I have 100 shadowing hrs.
Should I retake the DAT? I plan on applying this coming July.

Your bio scores are excellent. What did you study for Bio?
My main source for Bio was DAT destroyer 2015. I supplemented it with Feralis notes. If I was still confused, I researched it online or went to a public library and researched the topic (stayed basic, didnt go into much detail).
Steps taken:
1. throughly examined EVERY question in the Bio section of the DAT destroyer
-including every ANSWER CHOICES I was not familiar with
2. Used Anki flashcards and made/developed my own questions, some I rephrased from the DAT destroyer
-create well over >1,000 cards
steps 1-2 took awhile to finish
-Some of the questions would take me a few seconds while others would take up to an hour or so, depending on the material if it was unfamiliar to me or not.
-I would create a card right after examining a question from the DAT destroyer
3. After finishing 500+ questions on the DAT destroyer, I would reviewed/ went over 20-50 cards on a daily basis
-this step is to incorporate the materials into your long term memory
-Also, this section depends on what learning style works best for you (when go over the flashcards, I would switch from writing the answers on the whiteboard or verbally expressing the answers, utilizing various senses).
4. After completing all the flashcards, I went over DAT destroyer again
-this time, I treated as an exam. Completing 40 questions at a time.
-Reviewed WRONG answers
5. After finishing DAT destroyer 2nd time, went through DAT bootcamp
-by this time, I was done reviewing all the sections of the DAT and I treated DAT bootcamp as practice exams (building stamina)
-here, I also added more flashcards
6. Did DAT destroyer for the 3rd time, went over the wrong answers from 2nd attempt
*Anki was used daily leading up to my actual exam.
Hope this helps
if you have additional questions, I'm more than happy to help.

Oh wow. Was there anything that you didn't find in destroyer or bootcamp? I mean some section that was least covered in both that you had to find online or at the library? Thanks!
I would say information on plants, I had to dig a little or research more to get a better understanding because the plant section was brand new to me. I placed alot more effort on my weaknesses.
Thanks. Was there any question out of the blue on the bio section?
