How does it sound to major in community health and be a premed? Anyone have any ideas how this major looks to adcoms?

So when the adcom for the medical school you are interviewing at asks you "Why did you chose to major in community health?" what are you going to reply with?

What happens if plans change in the near future? Are you going to be happy with a degree in community health?

Seriously, major in what you want. They don't care if you major in coloring, just get your 4-year degree and pre-reqs done and maintain the best grades possible.

Getting an excellent gpa is your first priority. Second priority should be taking a demanding course of study. What this means is that a 3.95 in Biomedical Engineering looks better than a 3.95 in Parks, Recreation & Leisure Studies. You should also enjoy what you study.
