Good or bad idea to email?

Thanks to the mobile aadsas glitch, our statuses are pretty clear. But what if you didn't get ANY news regarding your top choice? I mean no acceptance, rejection or wait list. Would it be a good or bad idea to email your interviewer and explain how much you really want to attend their school and ask what kept the adcom from extending an acceptance to you on dec 3? For self improvement purposes or to convince them you really want to attend. Thanks!

Also they fixed the glitch. No decisions are on the mobile app right now

I don't mean now. The email of course would be sent a week or so after the 3rd

If you are waitlisted, I'd do it maybe in a week or 2 and express your interest. If rejected then no.

Just be happy If you are holding at least one acceptance as of now, western has only contacted their top picks, but deff extend way more offers....remember today is not the last day, its the first day...many people will be contacted and made offers in the coming weeks and months

I'm not holding any acceptances as of now 🙁 the schools I did interview at haven't updated AADSAS. But you are right, it is just the first day. Its just very frustrating because I am a re-applicant.
