Good programs for transplant ID

I am a first year ID fellow and we do not have transplant ID here as a core curriculum and usually have to do an away rotation in second year. Where are some of the better (and easier) Transplant ID programs to go to?

I wouldn't try to go to an easy program.

I would recommend UCLA or Duke.
