OSU, Minnesota, and the Virginia schools are also quite partial to in-state applicants, but honestly I think you fit the mold of what they're looking for in OOS applicants. While your EC's could be considered "cookie-cutter," if you're willing to spend the extra cash, you could throw your hat in the ring for a couple reach schools. Well done, I don't expect you'll to have too much trouble with the FL schools.
