The letter inviting me to the interview mentioned there would be a "standardized critical thinking examination" administered at some point during the visit.

Anyone have experience with something like this, or have any ideas what the test is or how to prepare?

A few people have told me, "It's not the type of test you can study for." I disagree - you can study/prepare for ANY test, as long as you know the content on which you will be tested.

I'm thinking it's like the Wonderlic test they administer to athletes at the NFL combine... but I have no evidence to support that.

Ideas?

One of the programs I applied to did have a "test" they administered at the time of the interview but I wouldn't describe it like the Wunderlic. It was basically two scenarios which revolved around ethics and professionialism - you had to take a side ("what would you do?") and then defend, within the context of personal and professional ethics, why you made the choice that you made. That is the only one of the four schools that I applied to which gave a test.

Is your interview with Rosalind Franklin by any chance? I remember them giving a critical thinking exam during their interview.

Yep. RFUMS it is!

Any chance you can recall for me what you remember about the interview? I'm trying my best to prepare and feel pretty good about it.
