Got package info... and is it just me or is it odd not to have a COA?

So I've got my federal loan info from my school.
And I'm looking here, and it shows my tuition and the room and board if I lived in the dorm. And that is all that they use to calculate my federal aid package.
No allowance for "indirect costs":
Heath Insurance
Transportation
Misc.

heck, they don't even have books and supplies!?!?
Now, they included a sheet that I could itemize my expenses that I project to be in excess of the award amount. But shouldn't the financial aid office already have calculated this as the Cost of Attendance??
Has anyone else had to deal with this situation?

Sounds odd. Wayne gives us Books and Supplies, Living Expenses, Personal and Other, Transportation, and Tuition, Registration, Omnibus. They probably should have that all in there, but it is likely you can get the CoA changed to what you will need in a reasonable itemized list.
