At my school pathophysiology is a two semester course. We take the NBME shelf exam at the end of the second semester but take a local comprehensive exam at the end of the first semester. So people are asking the course director about a possible study guide and the reply was basically this "You should know all the chapters in Robbins that we covered", well folks that was half the book. Of course this is the same course director that said the first day of class "There is not enough information in Robbins Basic Pathology to pass the pathology section of Step 1."
