hi i got a very low gpa of 2.4 in ece , can anybody advice me if i 95 % will i still get a seat in any college or only does gpa matter ,besides do u think if i send any letter of reco from my college prfeesors and also send my internship completion certificate and my registration will my gpa will increase if i apply again , what do people send apart from marks cards

pls help any advise will be helpful
