I'm just looking to get perspective here. My GPA is a 2.81, andI got a 29 MCAT. I was wondering if anyone else with stats similar to mine have any interviews yet. I have three of them at TUCOM, TUCOM-NV, and LECOM-FL.

Once you get an interview you're supposed to assume that your grades have already been considered. So, I guess just prepare for the interview itself. Good luck.

A lot of schools will re-evaluate your entire application post interview, so the importance of your grades and MCAT does not go away.

Even if this was the case, having an interview tells you that school has interest in you. It is still early at the interview season, and I think you'll have a decent shot at schools that you will interview at. Good luck!

hey daveyjwin, i'm in practically the exact same boat. i have a gpa 3.23, but science gpa is like 2.9 (if that) and my mcat is a 29. so far i've only heard back from nova, but i'm keeping my fingers crossed. let me know how you do! i'm always looking to see the stats too...
