I know there are past threads about this, but noone has asked if there are there programs to avoid if your GPA is low? I have a 3.41 from a top undergrad and a P/F dental school.

Unfortunately, there are a number of 6 year OMS programs that enforce a cut off of 3.5 for undergrad GPA. Not all enforce this. But because of the fact that medical schools have a say in which candidates are eligible for admission to their program, undergrad GPA is still looked at to some degree.
The fact that you’re at a P/F program just increases the weight of CBSE score. Kill the exam, try to publish some papers, do externships, get solid letters, etc.
