when websites or ppl refer to gpa averages for certain med schools, are they talkin BCPM or overall GPA?

Probably overall. But if you look at the MSAR, there doesn't seem to be much difference b/w the overall and the BPCM GPA's anyway (maybe on average 0.05 difference).
