The science GPA only contains courses that are Chem, Bio, and physics type courses. any other science like math and engineering fall under your other sciences gpa. You should be glad(assuming you have a lot of engineering courses) that they didn't tell you to go redo it and did it for you. the instruction tells you and provides course examples of how to categorize each course.
