Do dental school count Master GPA for admission. I have a science undergrad with crappy GPA but excellent GPA in master in finance. How will the admission look people like me if I were to give it a shot?

They do, but the science GPA is much more important. Your finance masters is irrelevant in terms of demonstrating your ability to succeed in dental school. The schools will see that you struggled with science courses, which is what dental school is primarily comprised of, and that will cause them to question your application.

However, you have yet to define "crappy" and "excellent," so it's difficult to give you an accurate appraisal.

Undergrad(bio): 2.67 if repeat classes ignore and retaken 2.8, grad(finance 3.7). Hoping DAT 20.

It will be taken into consideration but really isn't relevant since it is in Finance IMO.
