Hi guys!

im a second semester senior and I currently have a 3.92 cGPA and a 3.89 sGPA. My sGPA for last semester was a 3.9. However my sGPA this semester is projected to be like a 3.38 because I think I will get a B+ for both of my science courses. Is this something to worry about??

Its easy to get A's in freshman level college classes, unfortunately the reality is that its harder to maintain gpa in the higher senior level courses... And once you get to med school, it takes it to the next level... you just have to adjust by either studying harder or accept who you are, and not take "i need all A's" mentality to medschool and beyond... Those people that cannot cope with it are the people I have seen have mental break down and depression in med school.

Oh definitely! I realized I'm not the 4.0 student a long time ago haha. I was just asking if this is a harsh downward trend since my semester sGPA will be lower than it has been ever before, but my senior sGPA will still be around 3.7 or so...

Given that AMCAS and AACOMAS transcripts don't show semester by semester GPAs, you should NOT worry.
