I'm wondering whether med schools care if you have a 3.62 or 3.68 GPA- do they look to the hundredths place or is it rounded off or something? I've only ever seen people say their GPA is 3.6 or 3.7 etc.

My impression is that your absolute GPA will matter to some extent. For example, there probably isn't much (if any) difference between a 3.76 and a 3.77, but there is probably a fair amount of difference between a 3.71 and a 3.77. I doubt its just 3.6/3.7/3.8/etc since there are plenty of gradations in between.

Anyone have a definitive answer to this? Do adcoms round or not?

Adcoms will see whatever amcas calculates. Whether or not they round is up to the individuals reading your app I presume.
