Which is most heavily weighted by the adcoms? cum GPA, scie GPA, BCP GPA or non-sci GPA?

It all depends on the school. Each school has their individual evaluation criteria and it is difficult to just generalize. However, if you need one, then in my personal perspective, I would rate it as follow:

Cum GPA > sci GPA > non-sci GPA > BCP
