so the gpa they say there is this:

"The class averaged a 3.6 science GPA and a 3.7 overall GPA."

is that the gpa for when they apply or for when they finish their undergrad?

do those numbers take into account ppl who do things such as MSc or postbaccc?

The GPAs that schools post are the GPAs you put on your application, when you apply, whether it is during undergrad, afterward, after grad school, etc. It's only an average so people have higher and lower GPAs then the average and still get into those schools. Happy 4th of July!
