Hello. I am looking at the AMCAS GPA conversion scale at https://www.aamc.org/students/download/181676/data/amcas_grade_conversion_guide.pdf

The last table on page 4 gives you 4 different scales for percentage conversion to AMCAS Grades ( starting 100-87, 100-84, 100-87, 100-87). How do I decide which scale to use?

Are you Canadian? That last chart is for Canadian schools.

The white part of the table is dependent on your school's grading system. From that same page, they say:

"Find the conversion that most closely matches your school’s grading system. If you are unsure which system corresponds with your school, check with your Registrar."

So your school will know if you use 100-87, 100-84 etc
