GPA trend by semester

I want to know if the following trend is/ is not a concern for an adcom:

1st year: >3.5
2nd year: >3.5 (but got a bad grade on Orgo I with 12 credits, came back with an A in Orgo II)
3rd year: 3.2
4th year 1st semester: 3.5

cumulative is 3.5<x<3.6

When we see a dip like that, we think "Orgo".

These aren't your cumulative by semester, correct? Just work on getting A's for your cGPA and sGPA and you'll be perfectly competitive come this time next year.
