Do schools only start looking at your app once your gpa has been verified? and if so has one that has already submitted had their gpa/transcript verified?

I sent transcript with confirmation and i knew the transcripts were already received. Yet, the app transcript status doesnt change anything

They don't mail your application to the school until they've verified your grades. If you look in the "school designations" section it tells you when they've actually sent your info to the school I think.
