Any lower GPA acceptance stories?? What was your GPA, DAT, experience in this situation... ?
I have gone into detail in the past, so you can search through my comment history.

But essentially I had a 3.1 GPA going into dental school. I had to take classes at a local community college after I graduated from college -- then I re-took my DAT (Brought it up from an 18 AA to a 24 AA) --- then got my Masters in Biomedical Sciences to increase my GPA and prove I could handle Grad level courses -- then applied. Even with all that work, I only got 2 interviews... and 2 acceptances <-- a month or so after the December Acceptance date.

So it's definitely possible but it will be a lot of work! I am now heading into my Spring semester of my D3 year. You can do it!

I had a similar story and I always tell people to do well the first time (undergrad GPA). It's much easier than what we did with the masters and retaking the DAT lol anyways everyone that wants to get in will definitely get in if they work hard.
