? not sure what youre asking, if u are implying upper year courses (3rd and 4th year) vs lower years (1 and 2), then FOR SURE upper year.
 
Upper level. Dental school courses will be more along the lines of the upper division courses at other universities and if you can manage the upper level courses with an upward trend it will show that you have gotten your priorities straight and that you have matured it will be better than taking a bunch of low level classes to pad your gpa. (which they will realize when you submit your apps anyway)
I'm going to be taking 3 upper division science classes this semester and my last gen ed and then one freshman level geology class because I really liked the teacher when I had him for astronomy (an upper division course) and need to keep credits above 15. The geology class really won't be beneficial to me, but I was taking it because I needed another class to take, and didn't want to overdo it with upper level classes and wind up doing poorly. Challenge yourself, but don't try to take more than you can handle and wind up hurting your gpa.
