So I had a situation where I missed part of the semester after having surgery. I missed a few weeks of lab. Unfortunately the lab coordinator forgot to mark my absence as medically excused and he had to submit a grade change form as a result since he accidentally entered the wrong grade. Well I am ready to submit my new app for this year, but my transcript with the correct grade has not been received. Should I submit the app with the transcript received already by AADSAS or wait til they receive the new one? It was only a one credit hour lab, but the grade change was a factor in me making the Dean's List for the semester. Should I just submit now and then submit the transcript form saying there was a grade change and just email the schools I am applying to just to let them know? I know one credit hour is nothing to be sweating bullets about, but I am just curious what ppl think I should do.

I think it depends on when you sent the updated transcript. If it'll be a few days till they get it, wait. If it'll be weeks, submit now and update the schools later.
