You will be fine, don't worry. Your resume sounds solid. I am an MD-PhD with similar grades, scores etc, I matched not at MDACC, or MSKCC but still a top ten program. I wouldn't worry too much over 4 vs 1 B.

Thanks for your input... Just so frustrating because they know that they're treating us differently, but refuse to even consider doing anything about it.
