I have been wondering. Since my AMCAS and secondaries are already submitted, does it matter what grades i get now and in the spring of my senior year? Well, i know it matters....but will i have to show the medical school what i received?

The medical school that I was accepted to is requiring that I send transcripts after each semester and have at least a "c" grade in all of my classes.

I have HEARD horror stories about people losing acceptances for bad last semester, but I don't know if they are true.

It is worth it to do well in order to have something good to write about in an update. If you get waitlisted or if your app is on the fence, it could help.

It sure would suck to not make it in this year and have to apply next cycle with a lower GPA and markedly downward trend.
