Grades / Comments on away rotations

My school has an eval form to hand into the away rotation coordinator. On it, there is an option for "P vs F" for grade, and a few lines provided for comments.

My question: Are comments from away rotations included on my transcript/MSPE letter? What if I get a few neg comments....:-/

Comments aren't likely included in transcipts. Maybe the MSPE depending on your school. My school actually does not include any comments from 4th year rotations, but I know other schools did.

My school only includes comments from 3rd year rotation evals in the MSPE, but that is just my school. Can you call your registrar or Dean of Students to ask?
