Hello everyone, I had a quick question on which grading system my university would fall under. Unfortunately, the official AMCAS pdf (https://www.aamc.org/students/download/181676/data/amcas_grade_conversion_guide.pdf) doesn't include the way my school does it.

We have a 32-point system of numerical grades by tenths. For example, in my psych class a 99% gave me a 4.0, whereas a 98% would have given me a 3.9. How do this scale apply to my AMCAS GPA?

My university adopted the following letter grade conversion and it is denoted on my transcript as well, but we officially use the numerical scale.
3.6-4.0 — A
3.0-3.5 — B
2.0-2.9 — C
1.0-1.9 — D

Thanks for your time and help.

"If you are unsure which system corresponds with your school, check with your Registrar." It seems like the grading system is most closely related to the "ABCD/F type (4 passing letter grades)" system, but your best bet would be to ask your school's registrar.

any way to find out what your GPA is as determined by AMCAS?
