Graduation with distinction

What kind of "distinction?" If you're talking about something dependent upon GPA, I'd be willing to bet most have these "distinctions."

Ultimately, though, it probably won't matter much at all since you'll more than likely know what school you're attending before you graduate.

Most applicants to med school have honors of some sort. Add this to your list and mention all the honors in a single space on your application with a description of each and what it takes to earn it, if not intuitive (like deans list, Phi Beta Kappa).

A thesis can be listed under Other in more detail, or added to the description of your Research.

It will be a minor asset. Most competitive applicants will have some sort of generic academic honors/distinction during undergrad. If it's a particularly meaningful distinction (e.g. something that delineates the top 1%, etc.), it might help a bit more. Otherwise, not so much.
