Hello. Here's my long story short.

I was filling out a secondary that asked something along the lines of "what would you do if X patient had Y disease and you were in Z position etc."

In the final paragraph of the essay, for some reason I started to use the wrong tense. Specifically, I started referring to the singular patient as "patients" and concluded the final few sentences referencing the plural patients (instead of just the one patient). However, I still believe my point came across clear.

Do you guys think this will kill my app or at least hurt it to some degree? I know I can't do anything now anyway, just wanted some opinions.

What if you prescribed plural medication of singular? You could kill someone. You don't deserve to be doctors

If we say yes, what will you do?
If we say no, what will you do?

Either way you're entrusting your mental health to a group of internet strangers; a group I should add that shows a propensity for sarcasm.

But in my opinion, yes, this has effectively ended your dream of a medical career.

Egregious mistakes like this are transmitted to all US medical schools by the AAMCs BlackList Program (in partnership with NSA), so what others are saying is correct. If you're not blacklisted at PA programs yet, I might try that.
