Grant's 11th vs 12th?

Any significant changes between the 11th and 12th? I've got the latest Netter's (hardcover), but I want a second atlas to have a softcover to drag around and to have a different image for structures. Is the 12th worth an extra $30?

If you already have Netter's, you're in overkill territory. Don't bother getting the new Grant's. Get the cheapest, most beat-up one you can find. Hell, get the 10th edition if you have to. Tank is crazy obsessive about micromanaging things, so don't sweat the edition change.
